 We offer Ashtanga yoga classes in our studio in Bridel, a few kilometres from the city centre. Located in a quiet and soothing place, you will soon feel at home !

Through my classes I aim to share the teaching I have received.With breathing techniques and postures, my goal is to help you better understand the functioning of your body. To explore it differently in order to find your inner balance.

Life is far from being a long, quiet river, and sooner or later there comes a time when a break becomes necessary. We need to take a step back to better choose the most appropriate path.

This can be caused by an emotional shock or a physical injury.

Sometimes the imbalances are also insidious, as time goes by and bad habits are hard to get rid of.

Yoga was designed for all human beings regardless of their origin, gender or physical or intellectual abilities. Yoga is a healing process that gradually brings back the mental as well as the physical balance.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a school of yoga developed by Shri K. Patthabi Jois in Mysore in the 1930s. His teaching is in the tradition of Krishnamacharia who can be considered the father of modern yoga.

It is a dynamic form of postural yoga which, when followed to the letter, can appear very demanding.

Our yoga is inspired by this tradition while respecting the possibilities and limitations of each individual.

Ashtanga Studio

Various classes are offered in our shala in Bridel.
In our studio, I try to observe each participant in order to propose the most appropriate postural variation.

Ashtanga Visio

All classes can be simultaneously transmitted online.
All you need to do is find a quiet corner of your home and log on to the chosen class. In order to fully enjoy the session, I advise you to isolate yourself so as not to be disturbed by the rest of the household.

Ashtanga Business

You can also opt for business classes during lunchtime or at the end of the day. By gathering a few colleagues and making a room available, I can offer you a class adapted to the needs of the group.
