Through my classes I aim to share the teaching I have received.With breathing techniques and postures, my goal is to help you better understand the functioning of your body. To explore it differently in order to find your inner balance.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a school of yoga developed by Shri K. Patthabi Jois in Mysore in the 1930s. His teaching is in the tradition of Krishnamacharia who can be considered the father of modern yoga.
It is a dynamic form of postural yoga which, when followed to the letter, can appear very demanding.
Our yoga is inspired by this tradition while respecting the possibilities and limitations of each individual.

Various classes are offered in our shala in Bridel.
In our studio, I try to observe each participant in order to propose the most appropriate postural variation.
All classes can be simultaneously transmitted online.
All you need to do is find a quiet corner of your home and log on to the chosen class. In order to fully enjoy the session, I advise you to isolate yourself so as not to be disturbed by the rest of the household.
You can also opt for business classes during lunchtime or at the end of the day. By gathering a few colleagues and making a room available, I can offer you a class adapted to the needs of the group.
It is still necessary to find time in the midst of our overloaded agendas.
When you want to add a little time for yourself, it quickly becomes a headache.
When you want to add a bit of regularity to an activity, it gets harder and you end up giving up. Any practice, whatever it is, requires assiduity and regularity.
Corporate yoga provides a solution to this dilemma.
All you need to do is gather at least 5 colleagues, free up a room during lunchtime and we'll do the rest !
These classes are exclusively for company employees.You will receive a yoga class adapted to the level of the group.
The class can also be geared towards more specific problems (neck tension, back pain or stress management).

Nathalie’s class brings a mix of strength, flow, plenty of deep breathing, and relaxation, guaranteed to leave you relaxed & centered after a 1.5hr class.
She gives clear & precise directions. Brilliantly breaking down poses so that you can understand and ease into them. She is also very observant, checking your positioning, or even re-positioning you to give you that extra needed boost from a pose.
Her space is beautiful with huge windows along the width of her studio, allowing in beautiful daylight, giving it a peaceful feel.
I highly recommend her class. She’s a great teacher, as well as a genuinely lovely person.
