I started yoga in 2006, the first experience intrigued me and I started practicing Iyengar yoga with Françoise Dradin in Sterpenich. It allowed me to better understand the alignment of the body and the importance of precision in each asana. In addition, Francoise is a passionate teacher who is not limited to the practice of postures. With her I learned the purification techniques from Ayurveda. Techniques that may seem a little barbaric at first glance but that ultimately prove to be extremely effective against problems of digestion, sleep or stress.

In 2012, I felt the need to accelerate the pace. I came across an article about the opening of a new yoga studio with Isabelle Thill.

I discovered yoga flow and from the first class I decided to deepen this sequence.

In 2016, I completed the 300-hour yoga teacher training organized by La Source and have with participating to many workshops guided by Maria Boox, Mark Darby, Danny Paradise, Gregor Maehle or Doug Keller.

Each gave me a personal and necessarily different vision of yoga.

This is one of the many riches of yoga, it is different for all of us. By learning some techniques, you can create your own sequence, the one that suits the best to your body.

At every stage of our life, our yoga changes, it adapts to our mood, to what we are able today and now.
